This role will be based in our new office in Porto, Portugal.
About the role
Market Research Fieldwork Managers at RONIN International are hands-on, versatile individuals who operate as the single point of contact between our clients’ multimarket research projects and RONIN’s operational teams and partners.
Our Project Managers ensure that our projects exceed clients’ expectations and result in fruitful and ongoing partnerships. Our approach is based on having resourceful, independent, and proactive team members, who can quickly grasp company processes and gain a strong understanding of the market research industry. Market research can be a fast-paced environment that goes from large scale straightforward studies to highly specialised boutique projects; interpersonal & organisational skills are essential to adapt to daily challenges.

Successful candidates must have all of the following skills, unless noted otherwise:
- 2+ years’ experience in project management.
- Flexible, organised approach with strong multitasking, time management and prioritisation.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the aptitude to learn how to effectively manage clients.
- Tenacious personality with an eye for detail and ability to problem solve using own initiative.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office including Excel.
- Understanding of data collection management.
- Knowledge of other languages and cultures advantageous.
- Previous CATI experience advantageous.

- Understanding costing sheets and specifications;
- Attending kick-off meetings with clients / internal teams;
- Developing / reviewing screeners, discussion guides, and questionnaires;
- Reviewing and testing programmed questionnaires for best practice data collection, working with our internal scripting, translation, testing and data processing departments;
- Conducting briefings with internal fieldwork teams and external vendors;
- Managing the recruitment process;
- Tracking project profitability;
- Overseeing change control and scope creep management;
- Confident and timely client management;
- Effective reporting on project progress;
- Recognising potential barriers and challenges, before or during projects, and offering solutions;
- Meeting all applicable market research quality standards and regulations.
- Accurate administration support to wind down projects and capture learnings.
